The red double room, Vasastan Stockholm SCV8

Description:
This spacious double room of 34 sqm is situated on the top floor. Two french doors leads to the furnished terrace with a lovely view over the Vasa park. This bed and breakfast is something extra. On sunny mornings breakfast is served on the terrace.

In the area you will find lots of nice restaurants and bars, such as Tranan, Wasahof and the Swedish classic Tennstopet. Right on the street there are several antique and vintage stores and only two blocks away is Odenplan with lots of cafés and even more shopping. Odenplan is also where you will find the subway and several bus lines. A 10 min walk down Drottninggatan is the Central station, and Hötorget which is in the middle of the shopping district in Stockholm. Across the street you´ll find Vasaparken, a nice park where you can relax in the sun and only 15 minutes walk away is the beautiful royal city park of Haga where you can enjoy nature and have a look at the castle to where the Swedish Crown Princess will move after her wedding 19 of June 2010.

Description:
A nice and cosy room in a small two room apartment located within walking distance to all the main attractions of Stockholm, such as The Royal Castle and the Old City, The Clubs at Stureplan, The Opera House And Skansen at Djurgården.

The apartment is shared with the host. You have your own room and a large bed, 120 cm wide, which can take two persons. The neighbourhood is silent and friendly. You have access to a computer (PC) with internet connection in the room and an upright Steinway piano. Breakfast included and access to the kitchen. When host is gone you can watch TV in the living room. The entire apartment was renovated in 2007 and is very neat and fresh.

From airport: Arlanda Express train to the Central Station in Stockholm, or the Airbus from Arlanda Airport to the City Terminal in Stockholm. From either of these you take the metro to Östermalmstorg or bus 47 or 69 to busstop Nybroplan and walk from there. Ask anybody, it is a welknown street.
